Award winning pie company, Great North Pie, are now using Manchester Union Lager in their braised beef pudding. That's right our lager in a pudding, what more do you need in life!
Great North Pie started life a few years ago and in a short space of time won 'North West Fine Food Producer of the Year' in a competition judged by Nigel Haworth. Following this the awards flooded in and they won 9 catergories at the British Pie Awards and became a finalist in the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards.
