Scenes is our 4.2% party beer, light, bright and refreshing. It’s a helles lager denoting the pale golden colour which often produces a light body but our decoction mash process ensures full refreshment without compromising on the drinking experience. Lighter style, lighter abv, lighter calories; lighter attitude. Absolute Scenes.
ALT is our modern interpretation of a German Alt Beer, an extension of a beer we brewed with Lervig in 2019 (rød). The copper appearance denotes a malty, bready, and slight toffee backbone and the addition of Hersbrucker and Aurora hops deliver a fruity, citrus aroma and taste culminating in a dry, refreshing finish. A delightful 4.5% beer.
Bocks are strong, mostly dark beers and slightly sweet from the malt sugars. Despite the robust flavours and strength, most Bocks (like this one) are bottom-fermenting Lagers. They are fermented over a long time, and then aged in cold temperatures. This lengthy phase of lagering mellows the taste and smooths the intense flavours, creating a smooth, well-balanced 6% beer.
